I had an absolutely incredible stay at Sunscape in Ixtapa. The moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the staff and offered a refreshing drink. The room I was given had a stunning partial ocean view on the 21st floor, with comfortable beds and a stocked mini bar. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job of keeping the room clean and tidy throughout my stay. The beach was beautiful, and though the ocean was somewhat dangerous with a black flag, the sunsets were breathtaking. The highlight of my experience was the exceptional service provided by the staff. A special shout out to Jorge Luis Sanchez, the Chief Concierge, who went above and beyond to accommodate our vegetarian dietary preferences. The whole staff, including Benito, Hannia, Nadia, Rosy, Claudia. The only drawback was the sporadic internet availability, limited to the lobby. I highly recommend this hotel for a WOW experience.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable king size bed and a balcony with an ocean view. The large shower was a wonderful feature. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurants offered a good variety of food choices and the service was excellent. The pool area was not crowded and there were plenty of loungers and shade available. The hotel is located where the lagoon meets the ocean, down the beach to the right of the resort. It is also close to shops and bars. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were attentive and friendly. this is a very nice hotel.

The resort is located in a desirable area close to shops and bars, as well as where the lagoon meets the ocean. the Grill restaurant has a great selection of food. Rooms are spacious with comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, and great views. the staff is friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make guests feel at home.

The hours of the bars and food service are inconvenient, and there should be at least one 24-hour option available.

I stayed at this hotel during Christmas and it wasn't the best experience. However, I must say that the complimentary shuttle to the nearby shopping mall and the free wifi were quite helpful. Additionally, the hotel is located near the beach and had a good view of the ocean. One more advantage is that the staff was friendly and welcoming.
